We have also put much thought into our choice of packaging materials; as such, our disposable products such as teabags are completely biodegradable and environmentally friendly using no plastics, glue or metal staples.
Can I choose to receive a blank postcard?
Yes. If you have selected This is a Gift without including a gift message, we will provide a blank postcard in your parcel so you may include your own personalize message.
I have multiple orders, can I receive additional gift wrap?
Fret not! We will gladly gift wrap each product for you if you have selected This is a Gift.
Will the invoice be included in my parcel?
Physical invoices will not be included in your order. You will receive an electronic invoice attached to your Order Confirmation email. Kindly ensure the email address you’ve entered is valid to receive the latest updates on your order(s).
Will my order be gift wrapped if I did not select This is a Gift?
Orders will not be gift wrapped if This is a Gift is not selected. If you require more assistance, kindly contact us at Digital@TWGTea.com.
Can the recipient exchange his gift?
The recipient may exchange any tea accessories within 30 days of the order. Perishables including packaged teas and tea leaves cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and hygiene reasons. Handcrafted tea accessories with natural irregularities should not be the basis for any returns or exchanges as well.
